Banquet

Banquet Server

The Ranch Restaurant and Saloon is currently seeking additional on call Banquet Servers to ensure the overall success of our Banquet areas. Qualified candidates will possess banquet serving experience as well as A La Carte experience. ServSafe/Food Handlers certification and Knowledge of the Aloha system is a plus.

Saloon

Cashier / Guest Services

Will take payment from customers for The Ranch merchandise, cover charge and concert tickets. 2 years cashiering experience required. Attention to detail a must. Provide superior customer service in person and over the phones. Evening and weekend hours.

Restaurant

Host / Hostess

Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes. This involves ushering, answering guest's questions and answering phones. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment while providing genuine old fashioned hospitality. Open Table experience is a plus. Full time positions available.

Line Cook

All Cooks are responsible for delivering the highest quality food and service. Cooks are responsible for following Company recipes at all times as well as:

  • Demonstrate and promote The RANCH culture, always positively representing the Company
  • Embrace teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with his/her managers and his/her teammates
  • Maintain the high level of food quality and standards established by the Executive Chef
  • Properly execute all recipes
  • Ability to perform all essential duties during a lengthy, high-volume and high-pressure service
  • Execute food production and plating, according to stated spec and timing
  • Maintain a clean, clutter free and organized station at all times
Qualified Candidates will have:
  • Culinary degree preferred, with 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Up to date sanitation classes

Pastry Line Cook

In search of an accurate Pastry Line Cook to ensure proper set up within workstation and proper preparation of all pastry items. This will include baking, cake decorating, confections, jams and all dessert related food items needed for service. Pastry Line Cooks are responsible for following Company recipes at all times as well as:

  • Demonstrate and promote The RANCH culture, always positively representing the Company
  • Embrace teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with his/her managers and his/her teammates
  • Maintain the high level of food quality and standards established by the Executive Chef
  • Properly execute all recipes

  • Execute production and plating, according to stated spec and timing
  • Maintain a clean, clutter free and organized station at all times
Qualified Candidates will have:
  • Experience in a fine dining kitchen is preferred but not required
  • Candidate should be well-versed in dessert production and plating
  • Extensive culinary knowledge
  • Up to date sanitation classes

Dishwasher

Seeking a reliable dishwasher to keep our kitchen staff supplied with clean dishes, pots, pans and utensils. This also includes assisting with any additional cleaning duties within the kitchen area during shift. AM and PM shifts available.
