Event Assistant / Banquet Host

This dual role provides administrative support for our Event and Catering department while also hosting Banquet events. Administrative duties will include: answering phone calls, responding to emails, printing special event menus, preparing special event packets, as well as any additional support needed. As a Banquet Host you must possess solid communication skills and attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for interacting with guests in a calm and genuine manner while providing information and direction during events. Requires afternoon and late evening availability.


Security Guard

Must have experience in a night club, bar environment. Will provide protection and ensure the safety of our patrons and staff members inside and outside the premises while enforcing all liquor license laws pertaining to the service of alcohol. Full and part time positions available. Job Code 17

Cashier / Guest Services

Will take payment from customers for The Ranch merchandise, cover charge and concert tickets. 2 years cashiering experience required. Attention to detail a must. Provide superior customer service in person and over the phones. Evening and weekend hours.


Host / Hostess

Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes. This involves ushering, answering guest's questions and answering phones. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment while providing genuine old fashioned hospitality. Open Table experience is a plus. On call Banquet and Full time positions available.

Host Supervisor

In this role you will ensure superior guest service by overseeing and training the Host/Cashier staff to effectively manage the flow of our guest's experience. This includes phone reservations, handling any special occasion arrangements, initially greeting at the host stand and seating in the bar and dining areas. Duties also include inventory and ordering of uniforms and other administrative functions. Must possess exceptional communication and hospitality skills with the ability to think on your feet while supervising others. Strong attention to detail, guest service, phone etiquette, and computer skills are also required. 1+ years' experience as Supervisor/Host. Open Table experience is a plus.

Line Cook

All Cooks are responsible for delivering the highest quality food and service. Cooks are responsible for following Company recipes at all times as well as:

  • Demonstrate and promote The RANCH culture, always positively representing the Company
  • Embrace teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with his/her managers and his/her teammates
  • Maintain the high level of food quality and standards established by the Executive Chef
  • Properly execute all recipes
  • Ability to perform all essential duties during a lengthy, high-volume and high-pressure service
  • Execute food production and plating, according to stated spec and timing
  • Maintain a clean, clutter free and organized station at all times
Qualified Candidates will have:
  • Culinary degree preferred, with 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Up to date sanitation classes
